Post-Doctoral Researcher in microRNAs and Neuroscience, Dublin, Ireland The Centre for the Study of Neurological Disorders at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (Dublin, Ireland) is seeking an excellent Post-Doctoral Researcher to carry out studies on the role of microRNAs in epilepsy. The project will involve identification and functional studies on microRNAs and their targets within the brain in experimental models and human tissue. Applicants should have a background in neuroscience or equivalent discipline, and strong skills with human/mouse genetics, biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology and bioinformatics. Applicants should have a background in neuroscience or equivalent discipline, and expertise with in vivo electrophysiology, animal models, cognition/behaviour, drug delivery and histopathology.
