POST-DOCTORAL POSITION

A post-doctoral research position is available immediately at the Hospital for Special Surgery as part of the Autoimmunity and Inflammation Program to study the role of nucleic-acid receptors during inflammatory responses. The ideal candidate for this position has background in immunology and is interested in studies involving innate immune receptors in the context of human disease. Experience with mouse models is desirable as well as excellent technical capabilities with primary human cell cultures. Seeking a well-organized and collaborative individual to integrate a newly formed laboratory. The specific details of the project are flexible depending on the experience and interests of the successful applicant.
The applicants should have a Ph.D. in corresponding field and a strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
